Milk-n-More

   When Ron and Nicolle first began buying Jerseys for the Milk-n-More herd, they looked for quality sales throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Natalie is the daughter of a cow they bought from Rick and Julie Vomastic from Pulaski, WI and is the reason our family began showing heavily.  Natalie was actually born twin to a bull, so we did not think she would ever carry a half.  However, shortly before the show season began a man picked her out in a pen and suggested we test and see if she is fertile. Natalie was able to reproduce, so we decided to show her.  

   She started the Milk-n-More show string off with a bang, capturing blue and purple ribbons throughout the state and nation.  She placed fourth in a competive class of summer yearlings at World Dairy Expo and later won her class at the North American Livestock Exposition in Louisville, KY.  She later brought home Reserve Junior Champion honors for our family

   Natalie has many offspring on our farm who are all as special to us as she was.  She continues to transmit the genes for a stylish, well-built heifer with all of the right parts.  Her descendents have competed both in the show ring and in the bulk tank, making them the ideal cows for any herd.  Pictured below are just a few of her progeny that have done well for us, but if you are really curious please come have a look in our barn and heifer pens to see the influence Natalie has had on our herd!
